The "included" and "activated" boxes are also checked to insure that this choice is displayed to the user. 

Each overall choice (A, B, C, D, E) can have up to 5 different phrasings. To select which phrasing you would like to use, check the "included" box. You can include all 5 options, and each session will randomly load one of the 5 Choice phrasings.
